Everything you need to know before renting this piece — amounts, duration, store visit, delivery and policies.
- 1. Rental amount
- ₹1,800 Per day rental for this dress. Total depends on your selected dates.
- 2. Security deposit
- ₹3,000 Refundable when the dress returns in good condition (same day of return at store; typically 3–5 days if refunded digitally).
- 3. Rental duration
- Evening before → 11:00 AM next day Pick up the evening before the shoot (36 hours before). Return by 11:00 AM the day after the shoot.
- 7. Direct store visit
- Yes Visit LB Nagar or Miyapur for fitting / pickup. Bring a valid photo ID. Pay rent + deposit at the store if you prefer walk-in.
3. Rental duration & return policy
Dress Rental Duration and Return Policy
- Dress Pickup: Customers must pick up the dress the evening before the shoot, which is 36 hours before the shoot.
- Dress Return: After completing the shoot, customers must return the dress by 11:00 AM the following day.
- Rental Charges: Once a customer picks up the dress, the rental fee applies regardless of whether they actually use the dress or not.
- Late Return Charges: If the customer fails to return the dress on time, additional charges will apply.
- Importance of Timely Returns: The same dress may already be confirmed for another client on the same day. Therefore, returning the dress on the agreed date and time is very important to ensure it is available for the next booking.
5. Booking process
1) Choose this dress and Add to cart with your rental dates (or visit the store). 2) Book a private fitting if you want a try-on. 3) Confirm booking by paying the rental amount. 4) Collect from store or receive by courier / Rapido the day before your event. 5) Return the next day after your event — deposit is refunded when the dress is received in good condition.
6. Cancellation policy
50% refund if you cancel before the dress is delivered or dispatched from our location. Once the dress is dispatched / delivered, cancellation refunds do not apply. Contact the store as early as possible on WhatsApp if plans change.
8. Delivery options (Rapido / courier)
Yes. We can send the dress by courier across cities from Hyderabad, and Hyderabad customers can also use Rapido / Porter-style delivery for pickup or return when arranged with the store. Advanced bookings are typically delivered 1 day before the event; please courier / send the dress back the next day after the event.
9. Transportation / courier charges
Delivery: Pushpa Designers pays one-way courier charges to you (for standard rentals). Return: customer pays return courier / Rapido charges back to us. If rent is under ₹3,000, courier charges may apply on both sides. Exact transport cost depends on distance and the courier / Rapido fare at the time — the store will confirm when you book.
