1. Cancellation Policy

• Please confirm your booking carefully before proceeding.
• Once an advance booking has been made, cancellation is not allowed.
• The advance payment is non-refundable.
• After confirming your dress booking, please make sure you are fully satisfied with your selection.
• For any booking-related queries, contact the store via WhatsApp at 8466999398.
• If you wish to cancel a dress booking, please contact the store to discuss the matter.

2. Payments

• Payments for bookings must be made through Google Pay or PhonePe.
• Send the payment to the number provided by the store.
• After making the payment, send a confirmation message or screenshot via WhatsApp.

3. Dress Inspection and Care Guidelines

• Inspect the dress carefully before taking it.
• Ensure the dress is in good condition when collecting it.
• Handle the dress carefully and keep it clean.
• Take proper care of the dress to avoid damage, stains, or other issues.
• Return the dress in the same clean and proper condition in which it was received.
• The store reserves the right to inspect the dress upon return.

4. Dress Return Policy

• Dresses returned with problems, such as grass stains or thorns stuck in the fabric, will not be accepted.
• If thorns or other foreign objects become stuck in the dress, customers must remove them themselves before returning it.
• The security deposit will be refunded only when the dress is returned in a clean and perfect condition.

5. Postponement Policy

• If you need to postpone your event or shoot, please contact the store.
• Inform the store about the postponement by sending a message via WhatsApp to 8466999398.
• Contact the store to discuss the revised date and availability.

6. Deposit Refund Policy

• The deposit will be refunded only after the dress has been returned and inspected.
• The dress must be returned in a clean, undamaged, and proper condition.
• If the dress is returned with stains, damage, or other issues, the deposit refund may be affected.

7. Booking and Rental Conditions

• Customers must pay the required advance amount and deposit to confirm a dress booking.
• The deposit will be refunded after the dress is returned, subject to the dress inspection and care guidelines.
• The dress can be kept for a maximum of 36 hours only.
• The dress must be returned within the agreed rental period.
• Additional charges may apply if the dress is returned late.
